WeIRCd 0.7.2 released

Finally, WeIRCd 0.7.2 has been released. It features improved services that allow for channel management with flags lists. Also, it features a graphical administration panel for Windows which is hopefully making administration more convenient and easier. The panel will be extended in the future to list the configuration's settings as graphical settings dialog.
INVITE hasn't made it into 0.7.2 as announced, but due to ipv4/ipv6 the new listen { } block to be used in the config file did! So you need to update your configs accordingly. INVITE will be implemented in the near future, I promise. I'll also have to get into linking once more as this is another important feature still missing for an attractive, universal IRC daemon.
